Bio: Jayne's responsibilities for NIC include managing the legal, policy, and technology practices that ensure the security of the official web portals and online services for public sector clients. She is responsible for enterprise-wide Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and represents NIC on the PCI Security Standards Council. Jayne began her career as a trial attorney with McGlinchey Stafford law firm in New Orleans and went on to be the Vice President and General Counsel for ESI, a healthcare revenue cycle outsourcing company.
